Essential Oil Workshops
I host a variety of essential oil workshops both in person and online. Examples include wellbeing workshops for business organisations, events for groups of friends or even birthday or hen parties. I begin with a brief introduction to aromatherapy and we discuss how to use essential oils safely before getting hands on with different essential oils and other natural ingredients such as carrier oils and salts. Some workshop ideas can be found below but please do contact me to discuss your own requirements as I am more than happy to tailor the workshops to your needs.
